Rather than using a street address, or PO Box – one can opt to setup Private Address service. Rather than using a conventional address, the recipient will provide their name, and NIN. Once the letter gets into the system, it will scan that it is a Private Address, and print a label on the envelope to provide a real address to the carrier. This is much like what one might seen in regards to a forwarding label on an envelope.
While the NIN is free, and provided to everyone – a Private Address is more work on the postal service. With that being said, the use of Private Address services is $15/month. This will only work with Kal-Post deliveries though. Private Shippers will not have access to the same database as Kal-Post, so a physical address must be provided.
To address a person with a Private Address, you would do the following:
Name
NIN
Kingdom of Kaldus
When doing domestic mail, the third line is optional. When coming from another country, the third line is essential for delivering to the proper country.
